1. How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days once they arrive at our Pittsburgh warehouse. Products are sourced from overseas suppliers, and shipping from the supplier to our warehouse can take up to 14 business days. Once your order ships from Pittsburgh, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed,
and in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Yes, we offer exchanges within 14 days if the item is still in stock.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it right away.
7. What size should I order?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
8. How do I care for my L.E.O Active pieces?
• Wash on delicate or cold
• Use mild detergent
• Air dry
• Avoid high heat and fabric softeners
This helps preserve the fabric and stretch.
